Garlic Monster
Pure unadulterated garlic fire. A rich tomato base lets two ingredients do all the heavy lifting: heaps of fresh garlic and fiery fresh scotch bonnet. Sharp, punchy and intensely savoury.
Every sauce in the Hot range carries the same chilli: 20g of fresh Red Scotch Bonnet in every 200ml bottle, roughly one to two peppers. We do not print a Scoville figure because we have not had one measured.

Garlic Monster has the shortest ingredients list in the range, and that is the whole point. Tomatoes, vinegar, garlic, scotch bonnet and salt. Nothing else.
There is nowhere for a bad ingredient to hide in a list that short. Every one has to earn its place, and the garlic has to be fresh, because nothing else is covering for it.
