Refunds and Cancellations

If something is wrong with your order

If a bottle is damaged, leaking, wrongly labelled, or is not what you ordered, email Contact@WildBoys.uk with your order reference and we will put it right. You will be offered a replacement or a full refund, including the stall access fee. This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and nothing on this page limits it.

Refunds are made to the card or payment method used at checkout, normally within a few working days of us agreeing it.

Cancelling before you collect

If you have paid but have not yet collected, and you no longer want the order, email us before you collect and we will refund it.

Hot sauce is a perishable food product, so orders that have been collected cannot be returned for a change of mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempt from the usual fourteen day cancellation right. Your rights over faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods are unaffected.

Collection

All orders are collected in person from the stall at Headley Heath Approach, Box Hill, Surrey. We do not currently deliver, post or courier, however local you are. If that changes, these terms will be updated before delivery goes live.

If you chose I’m at the stall now, take the bottles you have paid for. If you chose click and collect, your bottles are set aside for the day and time you picked.

If you cannot make the time you booked, email us. We will hold your order for you, and if you are not going to be able to collect at all we will look at a refund. The stall is unmanned, so these are handled case by case rather than by a fixed rule, and we would rather sort it out with you directly than have you out of pocket.

The stall access fee

Each bottle includes a £0.05 stall access fee, itemised separately on your receipt. Where a full refund is due because an order was faulty, wrong or cancelled before collection, the access fee is refunded with it.

Allergies

Full ingredients and allergen information are printed on every product page and on the bottle. BBQ Devil contains mustard and soya. If you have an allergy, please email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly how the sauce was made.
